This is a 1 bed + den and 1 bath condo located right next to Scarborough Town Centre. It has everything you need at walking distance. Walmart, Real Canadian Store, and FreshCo is 5-8min away by walking. TTC is 2 min away and GO bus is a 5 min walk. STC has the rest of it.
Despite being in a central location, it is peaceful because it is high up in the sky on the 28th floor. You get a beautiful panoramic view of the city looking towards Lake Ontario.
The condo comes with an open kitchen concept. It comes with a stacked washer and dryer that is located inside the bathroom. The living room and balcony both are a great space to hang out as they look toward South providing a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset, the lake visible from the East and the Toronto city skyline visible from the West.
Bedroom: It comes fully furnished with a queen bed (plus extra bedsheets and mattress covers), a chest of drawers, a laundry basket and hangars.
Bathroom: 4 piece bathroom comes with a sink with under-sink storage, toilet seat, a bathtub and shower, shower curtains, and a towel hangar. It also has stick-on IKEA shelves to store shampoo and other required items to take a shower. It also comes with toilet paper.
Laundry: A stacked washer/dryer that works very well. A small red plastic tub to soak other clothes for cleaning by hand, or your feet for a warm bath. The washer/dryer are located inside the bathroom.
Den: A study area that includes a standing desk, a comfortable rotating office chair, 2 computer screens, 2 HDMI cables and a USB dongle for you to connect your laptop to them. An extension cord, a shelf with jigsaw puzzles, a container that has exercise equipment, a humidifier and a trash bin.
Living Room: It comes with a 3 seater that pulls out to make a temporary bed for when you have guests/friends over. The 3 seater also has a pull up storage space that includes extra duvets and fleeces, throws and cushions. It also includes a TV table with drawers for storage, a Samsung TV 55", a standing lamp, a Senegalese percussion drum, a book shelf with books (if you like, I can remove the books), a round plant table (I have lots of plants but I can give them away if you don't want them). There is lots of art that is hanging all over the condo that will remain in the condo along with the rest of the furnishing.
There is a dining table with 2 chairs in the living area as well.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully stocked with a pantry (spices/pasta/pulses), lots of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, an electric kettle, a toaster oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, a tea cabinet with tea pots and cups, mugs, glassware, baking tins, bamboo steamer, instant pot, plastic and glass tupperware, kitchen towels, tea towels, dusters, cleaning supplies, napkins, garbage bags, garbage/recycling/compost bins, cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment, watering cans for plants etc.
Linen closet: includes tools, extra bedsheets, towels, coat hanging area and extra hangars, extra shoe racks, window cleaning supplies and tools.
Entrance: The entrance comes with a nice compact shoe rack that can hold up to a dozen pairs of shoes. There is a mirror in the entrance as well as a small black board with chalk and duster for writing memos. It can also hang bags/purses/hats/umbrellas. A glass shelf is located for putting your keys and such but also holds hand sanitizers.
Balcony: I have a cute set of patio furniture with red seat cushions that I bring in the study den in the winter. It can be folded. If you don't need it, let me know. There is a nice hammock that stays in
