Utilities - the rental rate is adjusted to include a utility allowance deduction based on Consumer Price Index published annually by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. All residents are required to set up and pay for their own utilities through a third-party provider. An additional heating allocation charge will be a separate fee and included in the lease.

Parking - monthly parking is an additional charge and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
