Studio Apartment - Gerrard /Church - TMU & UofT - For Student!

Hi!

6th floor Studio apartment at Gerrard St / Church St, Toronto. The bathroom and kitchen were recently renovated in the summer!

Furnished with that small mini fridge, dining table, full size bed, dresser, closet, standing desk, chair, and nightstand.

Note the standing desk, chair, and nightstand are not pictured here, as they are provided with unit, and I brought my own furniture. The Standing Desk provided from the building is 47" IKEA white.

Note that larger mini fridge has a freezer portion as well, as the one provided with unit (smaller in kitchen) does not have freezer. The larger fridge did not come with the unit, I had to buy it, but I can sell it you for $60, it is only 14 weeks old. That way you have the fridge/freezer ready for you upon move in.

This is the Avant Student Housing, facilities include a gym, study room, cafe lounge, and laundry.

There is bicycle storage, parking spot, and storage room at additional monthly cost, if you need that.

Lease is until August 23, 2025. You can move in anytime on or after January 6th, 2025. If you need a little bit later than January 6th to move in, that is acceptable. You have options to sublease for any period your away, and also renew the lease for next year.

First come, first serve, only for students (part/full time)!
