Welcome to our lovely home of 45 years. It’s located on a quiet and friendly, residential street just a 3-minute walk from the Ossington & Bloor subway station. The one-bedroom, shared-entrance, apartment has a combined living room and dining space as well as a small private south-facing balcony. WIFI, radiator heat and laundry in the basement are all included, and there is a bike space at the side of the house. Hydro will cost you about $40/month. For the 45 years we have rented this apartment, not a month has passed that it hasn’t been occupied. The current tenant has been there for 7 years.
