A: There is only one queen size bed. (the couch is NOT a pullout) 2 people max.

Q: Do you require references?
A: Yes - as many as you can provide. Ideally, 2 landlord references and 2 employment references

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. Last month's deposit, and first month paid at the time of signing lease.

Q: What is the application process?
A: 1. Fill out an application. 2. I check your references. 3. Once you are approved, we sign lease and you provide me with last month's deposit, and first month's rent.
