Furnished 3 bedroom home for rent in the Junction Triangle - one of Toronto great downtown neighbourhoods! Walking distance to fabulous cafes, restaurants, breweries, shops, and parks. Excellent access to multiple modes of transit (subway, streetcar, UP express to airport/6min ride to Union station, GO Train, Buses, City Bikes). The Junction Triangle is also walking distance to other great neighbourhoods including, Roncesvalles, Dundas West, Bloordale, Junction, Ossington, College Street. The house is our family home. We have lived here for 15 years. The home has 2 floors with an additional furnished basement (7 foot ceilings). The main floor has a sitting room, dining area, kitchen, and coat room. The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances. The upstairs floor has 3 rooms (currently set up as 2 bedrooms with additional full office), bathroom and walk-in closet area. The furnished basement has a laundry area with an extra fridge and freezer, sitting/tv area, bathroom, workout area, and office area. Well set up for WFH/remote work. The outdoor area includes a front garden and covered front porch, and the back yard includes landscaped patio area. Both areas have established planted gardens and are well maintained - the back courtyard is a little urban oasis.

We are looking for a couple or small family that will treat our home as their own. The home is not well suited for pets.

Our home is available from November 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025 (there may be a possibility of an earlier start).
