The apartment is in a small bungalow so you will hear other people and flexibility is a key.
You will need 1st and last month rent, need to be able to provide references, employment letter, have no history of not paying rent or being a difficult tenant.
Unit is also available furnished. House is located near East General / Michael Garron Hospital.
Woodbine subway is a 10 min walk, there is also a bus on Mortimer, less than 1 min walk.
Wifi is included with a reasonable usage.
Hydro and Heating is $100 for one person per month, and $150 for 2.
Heating is gas, forced air.
Brand new high efficiency furnace.
Brand new water heater.
No central AC but the unit is not hot in the summer and a stationary or a window unit can be added.
