We are looking for a mature, SINGLE (ONE) working professional. Easy going , clean and respectful. Strictly NO-SMOKING, NO VAPING on the property and NO-PARTYING !

This is a dog friendly house (one living upstairs) and we consider allowing another dog if friendly, well looked after and exercised.

Rent $1250 plus 35% utilities (gas/hydro,water approx. $60 - $80/mo.), WIFI and Cable $50/ References and 1/2 month deposit, (1/2 months pet deposit) as well as tenant insurance required. Three months minimum rent, then month by month extensions possible.
Short term rental 1-3 months possible - RENT $1450 pls 35% utilities
