This is not a scam, what's with these scams in Kamloops? I will not ask you for a deposit and you can come and walk through the place right after we start our conversation. I don't have more pictures right now But I will by Saturday the 25th or you can just come by and take a look.
This house has two recently renovated bathrooms and has Air conditioning.
The house is located on the north shore. The tenant is required to mow the lawn, clear the small driveway and small walk way of snow and ice. Utilities are not included. This house has a nice seating area in the back yard that is covered.
