We have a lovely basement suite available short-term (up to 6 months) to traveling Nurses, Doctors or Nursing/Practicum students, first responders or other temporary workers (Dental hygienist, veterinarian student). We can work with someone relocating to the coast and needs a short term place.


The suite is located on the lower level of our house.
All previous tenants have loved staying at our place.
Perfect for someone who enjoys a quite place to live.


Suitable for 1 adult maybe a couple for a short period.
