Travellings nurse and trades welcome to beutiful Sunshine coast. We offer short term and long term accomodation for your housing needs. Currently offering fully furnished private bedroom with large closet space. Nicely furnished and equipped with all kitchen essentials and insuite laundry facility.

We provide basic essential needs such as laundry detergen, softener, basic kitchen condiments and toilet paper. Room is on main living area and habe a dedicated full bath with tub and automated bidget toilet. Main floor living with no stairs and beufitul view of the inlet.

Kitchen and laundry are shared.

We live in the premise and do keep common area clean and we do regular house keeping on common area weekly.

short term 125 per day or 700 per week or 1100 per month.
