Separate entrance, semi furnished small studio space, attached to the back of my home.

This space is suitable for one person and is a micro suite, it comes with its own washroom, with tub and shower, large vanity, a fenced gated private yard and a large covered patio.

There is a small kitchenette with [fridge, convection oven, microwave, toaster etc ]

Street parking is available, in front of the entrance to your yard.

Access to shared laundry may be possible.

No pets, there is a dog and cat here already. No smoking please.


Rate is 1300 a month and includes all utilities, and high-speed internet/WIFI.
700 damage deposit

Must be gainfully employed, proof of employment required.
References required.
