This 1,400-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom home in Eastbourne features an open floor plan with timbered vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, a beautiful rock fireplace, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a cozy loft space. Relax on the covered front deck or the private enclosed rear deck, and tend to your own small garden in the yard.

The home is move-in ready, with municipal water, a septic system, and access to cell service. internet available.
A one-year rental or longer is preferred, and references are required. Rent is $1,950 per month, plus utilities.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

As the renter, you will be responsible for basic and regular yard work, including mowing the lawn, raking leaves, and weeding, to keep the exterior tidy. Equipment supplied.

Keats Island is a small remote island located in Howe Sound about 25minutes by boat from Horseshoe Bay. The Eastbourne community is located at the east end of the Island with stunning views of the north shore mountains, Gambier and Bowen islands and to the south, the Pasley Islands. 6 small beautiful local black lava stone beaches are within short walking distance. The island is primarily recreational use with less than 100 full-time residents.

Keats is serviced by BC Ferries, ‘Stormaway’ foot passenger ferry 5 times daily from Langdale ferry terminal to Keats Landing, and weather dependant, two ferry runs to Eastbourne. Regular run water taxi by Mercury Water Taxi from Horseshoe Bay.
Charter water taxi available to and from Gibsons.

No stores, garbage pick-up or services on the island.
