Welcome to our private, brand new, mid-century modern 1 bed/1 bath suite in beautiful Sandy Hook, Sechelt. Suite is located on the first level of our custom built home and cantilevered within the treetops, between mature western red cedars on the property. The suite has a private entrance, large entryway with closet, full kitchen including cafe stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, open concept living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with wall hung toilet, smart mirror and tiled shower. Enjoy the large windows, ample natural light, radiant in-floor heat and electric fireplace (to be installed soon). Private, full size washer and dryer.

The suite is offered fully furnished and all-inclusive with electricity, heat, wifi and tv. We are looking for a clean, quiet working professional (or couple) who loves nature and is looking for a restful retreat. Month to month rental, starting November 1st for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. No smoking. Pet considered with deposit.

**Please note, you need to walk down a set of stairs to access the property from the road; may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions. Some outdoor storage and deck space available. Exterior decks and landscaping to be completed this winter/early spring. No public transportation available.
