Clean, private, level-entry suite in a quiet home available December 1st. Located in a friendly Willow Point neighbourhood that is close to all amenities, public transportation, and beach access. On-street parking with plenty of opportunities to park off-street in the driveway. The backyard is accessible and can also be utilized. The home is owner-occupied by an active, quiet, and respectful couple; prospective tenants must be quiet and respectful.
The suite has a private entrance and can be fully furnished with the exception of bed linens and towels. There is a queen-size murphy bed, easy chair, TV, and other furnishings. The kitchen has eating and cooking utensils, a microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and hot plate - it does not have a stove with an oven. The washroom has a shower (no tub). The washer/dryer is located in a shared space with a flexible laundry schedule.
SINGLE PERSON ONLY - the suite is small and suitable for one person only.
NO PETS
NO SMOKING - anywhere in the house or on the property.
NO OPEN FLAMES - candles, incense, etc.
$1175 per month includes all utilities and WiFi.
Damage deposit and references are required.
