Located in the quiet neighbourhood of White Gold in Whistler - one of the closest residential neighbourhoods to the village. 10 min walk to Whistler village (olympic plaza). 15/20 min walk to base of either Whistler or Blackcomb mountains.There is a bus stop located close by that takes about 6 mins to get to the base of Whistler.

$4000per month ($2000 per person if there are 2 people) all inclusive. Available November 1. Winter lease is Nov 1 - 31 May. If wanting to stay through summer rent can be reduced for a summer rate. Standard BC lease with addendum. References required and a deposit of 1 month's rent.

Enterprise grade wifi - very reliable internet if u happen to work from home. It comes with everything you need (all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc). High quality Tempurpedic mattresses. 2 burner induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and a full size fridge. Smart TV and fireplace. Shared laundry (located just outside the studio entrance). It is very safe and secure - it does have a very small additional room that could be used as an office (currently has a desk in it) or extra closet/dressing room/storage space. Entrance is via our garage. Secure storage for bikes, skis/snowboards, suitcases etc.

Even though this is fully self contained and your own space, it is still part of our home, so NO parties, No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the premises. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises (smart smoke detectors installed).

If you are interested in our studio please respond with information about yourself/whom will be living there, your employment/if you’re coming to whistler or already here, and the length of lease you require. In-person viewings can be easily arranged this weekend (Sept Sat 28, Sun 29 and Monday Sept 30) and virtual viewings are available if you are not in Whistler yet…our current tenants are leaving town and happy to connect you as a reference for us as landlords too.
