Furnished Studio with a queen bed or can be switched out to 2 XL single beds for 2 friends sharing. Located in the convenient neighbourhood of White Gold in Whistler - 10 min walk to Whistler village (olympic plaza). 15 min walk to base of either Whistler or Blackcomb mountains

$3600 per month, everything included. Available for winter season from Nov 1 - June 2025. Monthly rent will drop in summer to $3000 if you wish to stay for a year.

It's small and best suited to those that are here to experience all whistler has to offer and just looking for their own place to come home to and rest. Has everything you need (all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.). High quality mattress/mattresses, 2 burner induction stovetop, microwave, toaster oven and a full size fridge. Shared laundry (located just outside the studio entrance). Enterprise grade wifi. It is very safe and secure - entrance is via our garage. Secure and easily accessible storage for bikes, skis/snowboards, suitcases etc is provided.

NO parties, No smoking or vaping of any kind (I really can’t stress this enough, we don't allow it on our driveway or anywhere on premises and it will result in an eviction. So if you smoke/vape just don’t apply). Enjoy partying in the village...not at home.

No parking so best for those that who don't have a car. It is a 10 min walk to Whistler Olympic Plaza. Winter bus stop is located 20 meters from the end of our driveway (It’s a seasonal service and starts early Dec) drops you at the base of whistler within 5 min! Or you can just walk (often quicker if you just missed the bus!).

It is exactly as shown in the photos. Viewings can be easily arranged. References will be required. Also note there will be a deposit required which is equal to 1 month’s rent.
