Furnished One Bedroom Ski-In/Ski Out Location

One bedroom one bathroom suite located on the lower level of our family home. The suite is above ground and has awesome views. Located on the side of the ski hill. Less than 30 seconds ski or bike down to Creekside gondola.

Available September 1 onward.

We are looking for a mature quiet couple or two friends who would like to share. We live in the main house full time with kids so seeking respectful quiet people. No smoking (of any kind) or drugs or parties.

The bedroom is currently set up with a queen bed, however can be a bunk bed (single over double) instead.

Full kitchen with dishwasher.

Maximum 2 people. For the right people, we may consider a pet.

Months of September and October - $2,600 per month - 2 month commitment required to November 1 or November 15
Months of November 2024 through April 2025 - $4,400 per month - 5 or 6 month commitment required
