Private room available in a 3 bed, 2 bath with garden, storage, parking, south facing and has a balcony.

Sharing with myself: Late 30’s. I typically work Mon-Fri, 4 days a week wfh and 1 day in office. In my spare time I’m snowboarding, mountain biking, running and drinking coffee. I like relaxed, social, clean spaces.

Looking for a housemate ideally working outside the house but not essential. Long term, 3 months minimum. Similar interests, clean, social and quiet by 10pm as my schedule is up early.

No smoking, pets, or partying.
