Hello everybody, this apartment is only available for January and February 2025.

I am subleasing my fully furnished apartment located in Squamish just across the road from Canadian Tire.

All bills are included in the rent (1950/monthly): hydro, gas and high speed Internet.

It has a big living room, kitchen, dining area. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a closet with a nice window facing the mountains. The living room is equipped with a beautiful leather couch, 50 inch TV and a nice desk/office chair for work. There are plenty of shelves and dressers for storage as well as closets. The shower has a door installed and it is a very nice place overall.

The dining area has a gorgeous circle table with a mirrored top and four leather chairs. The patio has two very comfortable rocking chairs and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains to the East. There is also a nice wood and glass coffee table in the living room with plenty of inside storage and a few metal and glass shelves as well for plants, books and anything else.

Suitable for a single person and maybe a child, but no pets!
