A recently renovated 2-bedroom townhouse in Powell River's central Westview area is available now or on February 1st.

Significant effort has been spent on making these townhomes as energy-efficient as possible. All new windows and doors have been installed on every townhome and a new energy-efficient heat pump will keep the place warm in the winter and provide highly efficient A/C in the summer months. Additional insulation has also been added to the walls and ceilings as well, to help keep monthly utility bills as low as possible!

Both bedrooms are located on the top floor of these two-level townhouses. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a wonderful view of the ocean and the snow-capped Vancouver Island mountains. The completely renovated bathroom is also located on the top floor, beside the bedrooms.

The new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen include an electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher.
