The house is available now, on a month-to-month basis (minimum 3 months). The all-inclusive rent is $3,000 per month. No smoking, one pet will be considered with a pet deposit.

Proof of income (ability to pay), and current landlord references will be required, a credit check will be done on considered applicants.
