Seeking a peaceful and serene living environment? You will be surrounded by forest and farm animals, just steps away from Palm Beach, Eagle River, and back country roads and trails/lakes!

We're looking for a responsible and reliable tenant who will truly make our tiny home/cabin their long term home. We strive to provide a safe and private environment for our tenants!

- Cozy, fairly new tiny/cabin with an apartment-size fridge, toaster oven, and hot plate (no full-sized stove)
- Full bathroom with shower (no bathtub)
- Nice little deck and big yard!
- There is also a storage loft

*Important Details:*
- We have livestock guardian dogs that keep away predators by barking (sometimes during the night) and a couple of roosters!
- Please note that we're unable to accommodate dogs, but an indoor cat may be considered

*Rent and Utilities:*
-Rent is $1200/mth
- includes high-speed internet, shared laundry (one day per week), parking, and garbage disposal (tenant responsible for their own recycling)
- Tenant is responsible for 15% of the total hydro monthly (average cost: $100 per month, depending on usage)

*More important details:*
- Smoking and 420 okay OUTSIDE only
- No parties/excessive drinking, as the cabin is on the main property shared with landlords and other tenants
- Must drive slowly on property
- Respect for the property, other tenants, and the peaceful living environment is a must!
