Lovely, fairly new cabin/tiny home, on a 5 acre hobby farm! We are a gated property surrounded by forest and farm animals! Steps away from Palm Beach , Eagle River and all the back country roads and trails/lakes, etc.

There is a sleeping loft so must be able to climb a ladder/stairs.

Included is an apartment size fridge, microwave, toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no full sized stove. The full bathroom has a large shower but no bathtub. Small covered back deck and a larger front deck (very private)!

PLEASE BE AWARE: We have livestock guardian dogs that keep away predators by barking - sometimes during the night!

Rent includes internet, shared laundry (one day per week) and parking. Tenant is responsible for 20% of the total hydro monthly (ranges from approx $75 - $150 per month).

Smoking ok OUTSIDE ONLY
420 friendly OUTSIDE ONLY AS WELL.

No parties/excessive drinking as cabin is on main property which is shared with landlords as well as other tenants.

Must drive slowly on property.

Indoor cat may be considered.
