Hello! We have a beautiful 1 bedroom suite for rent in our beautiful home built in 2019. This suite is fully contained legal suite, with no access to upstairs suite.

In suite laundry, dishwasher, in driveway parking. Small side yard, large deep almost walk in bedroom closet.

This home is located on Extension road, south nanaimo. 10 minute drive to VIU, 15 to the hospital. Lots of hiking and trails nearby.

We are looking for very specific tenant, someone quiet, working, absolutely NO partying or loud noise. No exceptions.

Upstairs work shift work, so early mornings and night shifts.

This is a cozy, clean home awaiting the perfect person to treat it as their own.

Rent is 1600 per month includes water and garbage. Hydro and internet not included.
