Our large, 3rd floor, bachelor condo is located at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa, which is right on the ocean and 10 minutes from Parksville, BC. 20 Minutes to Nanaimo. This unit comes partially furnished, including kitchenette, queen sized murphy bed (mattress not included), pull out couch, flat screen TV, electric fireplace, Jaccuzzi tub and shower. Walk out the door and enjoy a stroll along the beach and incredible sunsets. Included amenities are 3 outdoor BBQ areas (1 on the beach), outdoor gas fire pits, pickleball courts, paddle boarding, kayaks and bikes, kids playground. Inside games room with a pool table, ping pong table and ice machine. Also available for an additional membership fee, there is an on site gym, indoor pool, sauna, plus indoor and out door hot tubs. There is an on site spa, restaurant and bar. Coin laundry on site and a covered parkade. Water, heat, hydro, Wi-fi and TV are included. (Sq. Ft. approx.)
