This private entrance apartment with the most amazing view is now available for a long term tenant. It has 1 bedroom, kitchen, pantry and laundry room. There is a new induction oven in the kitchen and full size refrigerator. The living room is set up so there could be a small bed at one end if needed, or a sofa bed for guests. It comes furnished or unfurnished and is pet friendly.
You don't need air conditioning- you just open your door and enjoy ocean breezes and no mosquitoes. We have the best drinking water straight from the tap.
Rent is $3500 per month which includes all utilities, cable tv and WIFI. If you are downsizing or like to travel a lot but need a place to come home to, this is perfect. The apartment is centrally located close to the ferry, store, library and medical center. You don't even need a car! We have 6 ferries a day to Port McNeill. If you are retired, or work from home and love the outdoors this could be the perfect spot for you! The low bank beach is your front yard!
