FURNISHED BACHELOR APT FOR RENT, 1-6 MONTHS, NR HORSESHOE BAY

Large bachelor suite (600 sq/ft) available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. Fully furnished, including linens, dishes and cutlery. You are responsible for cleaning and for looking after your garbage.

It has one single bed, plus a pull-out loveseat that sleeps one. At no time can there be more than two people in the suite.

It is an above-ground basement suite with a large deck. A cube fridge, toaster oven, kettle and coffee maker are included. There is an electric fireplace, a shower, and a washer and dryer, which are shared with the landlord, who will have to come into the suite one day a week to do laundry.

A dog is welcome, as long as he’s not a pit bull or cross, and you don’t leave him alone for more than four hours at a time—he also cannot be allowed to run around the neighourbood.

Includes WiFi, TV, and a driveway with parking for one vehicle only--there is very limited street parking.

Location is 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bay, 60 minutes from Whistler, 30 minutes from Squamish, 20 minutes from Grouse, 30 minutes from Cypress, 20 minutes from Park Royal.

Must have checkable references and proof of employment. You must provide proof of income or pay up-front for your entire stay. Rent is due by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of every month.

$1600/month, including utilities. You can charge an EV here but will have to pay for the electricity.
