Our detached laneway house will be available April 1st, 2025. The bedroom is on the ground floor with the kitchen, bathroom, and living space on the second floor. The second floor is a bright, open-concept space with vaulted ceilings and a skylight. The unit contains a fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Rent includes hydro. The neighbourhood is quiet but relatively close to amenities:
