We are located on a quiet street with beautiful heritage homes all around. It is a completely separate, private, whole, self contained, suite / apt. There are wonderful heated floors throughout and its surrounded by a lush garden.

Whats included: Heat, Electricity, TV, Wifi, Cable, Netflix.

The living Room has a large window making it very bright with a big kitchen, and new appliances, comfy queen bed, a small condo sofa. The bedroom has a Queen bed and is just off the living room through the lovely french pocket doors.
There is a big kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas range.
The Bathroom has a walk in shower.

The neighbourhood:
Hastings / Sunrise , Grandview Woodlands, Commercial Drive

We are close to Bosa Foods, Donald's Market, Parallel 49 craft brewery, The Red Wagon, and many other local favourites.

Templeton School is just around the corner and has a gym, pool, hot tub, outdoor track and tennis courts.
Commercial Drive is just a few blocks away.
