Things to note:
- absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind on the property
- for single occupancy only
- entrance is down our private driveway where we park our cars
- no outdoor space available
- we are a young family with a dog, so while we will do our best to keep quiet, you will hear us when we are home, however, we work during the day and the kids are at school/daycare, and then they go to bed early.
