Spacious 1-bedroom w/ balcony & parking

Hello, I've been offered a consulting job abroad and looking to sublet my spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony and parking space in East Vancouver for one-year with potential for extension. Located at Woodland Drive & E4th Ave, one block from all the cafes and shops on Commercial Drive ("The Drive"), ten minutes walk to Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station, and nearby several parks in the area. The unit is located on the second floor of the building with large windows facing east and south making for nice morning and afternoon light. There are only seven units in the building and all the neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful of each other. I would prefer to offer the unit furnished but can rent it unfurnished as well. Please let me know your preference. There's also a parking space in the small lot next to the building that can be available if you have a car. The apartment also has fairly large closets and comes with an additional storage unit in the basement where some neighbors keep their bicycles as well. Coin laundry on site.
