The neighbourhood is dynamic and very walkable. We are walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Commercial Drive and around Hastings and Nanaimo. Everything you can need is very close - green grocers, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, butchers, pets stores, and more! We are close to transit which can take you to SFU or Downtown quickly.

Rent is $2850 and includes hot water. It does not include electricity or internet. Heat is baseboard. Unfortunately the suite is not wheelchair accessible.

No smoking. Cats okay. Other pets considered on a case by case basis.
