Our three Japanese students will be departing at the end of February, room will be available on March 1

5 minute walk to 27 bus to Joyce Station or Kootney Loop
5 minute walk to 9 bus stop to Broadway Station
5 minute walk to 99 express bus stop. (Available during rush hour in the morning and afternoon only)

First floor ground level
All the living space has been newly renovated and there are 3 rooms.
There is a private entrance to the suite on the first floor.
There is a washer and dryer on the first floor.

　
We are looking for non-smokers, no pets
Please refrain from parties and loud music
