Coopers Lookout | 33 Smithe Street, Vancouver

Built it 2008 by Concord Pacific, Coopers Lookout is a 35 level high-rise building located on the water’s edge in the new Coopers Quay neighbourhood. The complex includes three separate residential structures that are designed to look like a ship. One of the most unique aspect of this residents is the amazing 14,000 square foot recreation centre which boasts 10 pin bowling, a kayak fleet, a screening room, party rooms and a yoga/pilates studio.
