TERMINUS LOFTS | 36 Water Street, Vancouver

This one-of-a-kind modernist loft building is specially located in the heart of historic Gastown.  The original building was a hotel built over 100 years ago, and was re-developed to linear style lofts in 2009.  The original facade along with the most of the North facing windows were restored, while a new high quality structure was constructed behind and on the top two levels were added.
