Beautiful sublet with optional cat sitting

Hello :)
I am subletting my studio apartment for a few months as I am going to do some volunteer work abroad. Ideally I would find someone who loves cats and will be able to cat sit during this time, for this I have reduced the rent. I will be away from Feb 18-June 10 but to make things easier the apartment could be rented from March 1-May 31. I could have a friend cat sit during the extra days or else would be happy to let you stay during that time rent free.

The apartment is in the west end, just off of Davie and Jervis, near to the beach and all of the shops.

It is furnished with a king sized bed, couch, desk/vanity, kitchen table and chairs, vacuum, all of the kitchen dishes etc and cleaning supplies etc. I will clear out all of the closets and drawers so that you have room to put your personal things.

Wifi, hydro and laundry are all included (laundry is free across the hall).

It is a quiet building and the apartment gets a lot of natural light. It’s very good for working from home.

Both cats are really sweet and have had the experience of being with a babysitter for some months before. Both cats just had a vet check up. They both play outside so one thing is to let the window open for them so they can always get in and out. I have a tracker on the little guy who likes to go far and the other one always sticks close within a block or two but if it makes you more comfortable both can wear a tracker.
