1 master bedroom with attached private bathroom available in 4 bdrm shared house in Commercial Dr area of East Vancouver. Short term lease from February 1st to June 30th. Month to month renting is possible.

We're looking to add a person or potentially a couple to share our beautiful big home. This is a short term lease because our current lease will terminate end of June.

And now... A bit about us:

Liam (he/him): Originally from Toronto, Liam landed straight into this house 6 years ago when he moved to Vancouver. Liam has been doing parkour and cool tricks for about half his life now and teaches at Origins Parkour gym. He also likes to get outside, ripping around on his city bike as fast as he possibly can, going to the beach and generally loves to play and move. He's also a big festival goer, semi avid chess player and is getting into applying his leaping skills to volleyball.

Preethi (she/her): Preethi hails from India and has made Vancouver her home for the past ten years - she thinks that’s pretty wild! Preethi has never had less than 2 jobs since we've met her and she currently spends her weekdays working at UBC in the non-profit sector and her weekends as a food tour guide (these are amazing and you should totally let her bring you on a tour!!!). Preethi spends her down time doing yoga, painting, sauna-ing and COOKING!

Siena (she/her): Siena was born and raised in Alberta but made the jump to BC 3 years ago. She's an entomologist, so please let her know your favourite bug. Siena loves spending time with friends and likes to use our space to host them, whether that's a DnD session or a potluck. Of course, working with the roommates schedules. On the weekends, you'll find her out and about in Vancouver or exploring nearby nature spots.

We feel sad to say bye to such a beautiful house but we will be searching for a new place together for July, and there is an option to move into a newer space with us when the time comes. Happy to chat more about this during our viewing!
