Non-Profit Senior Housing Bachelor Unit.
Location: Killarney Area in Vancouver BC
This building is an independent senior housing apartment for seniors over 60 years old. No subsidy is offered by the building but you may apply for SAFER if you meet BCHousing qualifications.
Eligibility: Please check your eligibility before requesting an application.
1. Must be over 60 years old
2. Must be a single person due to the space of the unit (300 sqft bachelor unit )
3. Maximum income of $35,000 per year.
Please note the following:
-No Pets
-Smoke-free building
-Laundry in the building
-Street parking is available
-1 year lease minimum
-Move-in date is January 1st, 2025
