Room for Rent with Spacious Closet

Looking for a roommate to move in starting February. The space is shared with a girl, her child, and me. The house has a cozy, homey vibe; everything is very calm, and we like to keep it clean, so we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.

📍 The house is located very close to 29th Avenue Station and Nanaimo Station (walking distance, no bus needed). There are multiple bus stops in the area due to the stations and two nearby supermarkets.

💲 Rent is 850 CAD, all-inclusive, plus half a month’s deposit.
🧺 Laundry available for the house (not shown in photos).
