Bright 2 bedroom furnished basement suite very close to UBC. 2 block walk to bus stop and then 10 minute bus ride to campus. The suite is large, 850 square feet, with a open plan living/kitchen area that includes a kitchen bar with 2 stools, a dining area with table and 6 chairs, and a living room area with a couch and 2 lounging chairs and TV. There is also a Piano in the suite. The bathroom is a British style with the shower in a separate room from the sink and toilet which makes it easier to share. Also, there is an additional sink in one bedroom. The space is very quiet. The washer and dryer are shared with the owners.. You are welcome to use the patio and yard. Some of the furnishings can be removed if you prefer to use your own. Utilities - $150 monthly, includes heat, hot water, high speed internet and TV. Unit has a dishwasher.
