attractive 3 bedroom ground floor suite Feb. 1

Our lovely 975 sq. ft. garden suite is fully furnished and conveniently located near restaurants, stores and all major banks, and is fully furnished with full bedding, sheets and towels available. The main bedroom is double sized with a king sized bed and a convertible king sized sofa bed, and walk in closet. Our second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. Our third bedroom is a converted den, so it is a bit undersized but is very cozy, does contain a double bed and is private.

While it is a ground floor suite we do have very good light in our space. We prefer tenants who are looking to stay for at least a 3 month period and would prefer longer stays. This is suitable for out of town workers, foreign students and small families.

We are 10-15 minutes from the downtown core, only 6 kms from the airport and right beside public transit, in a very friendly neighborhood. We are very outgoing and open as we are both from the performing arts and were/are performers. We love renting our space and are really happy to answer all your questions ranging from getting around in the city to where to find a good burger, a vegetarian meal, an interesting show or a great place for a walk.

We provide, a full kitchen and utensils, a brand new bosch dishwasher all bedding, all utilities, wireless internet, full premium cable TV and a shared washer/dryer. Our sheets and covers are 200- 450 thread count.

We do find that the vast majority of people will be happy with the convenient and basically free street parking that is very close by.

We live in a separate suite on the same property.
There are dropped ceilings in certain parts of the suite and in the bathroom, which could be an inconvenience for some people. We are looking for a rent of $3450/month, all in as we cover all costs of utilities and other conveniences.
We are currently out of town and will be back on Jan. 18th. In the meantime, viewings can be arranged with our current tenant for Jan. 11 or sooner if necessary.
