West End one bedroom apartment available immediately

Me and my partner are leaving our one bedroom apartment in the West end. It is located on Barclay and Gilford so it is great for transit and lovely being next to Stanley Park.

The building is really nice and well maintained and many of the tenants have been there for years. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to family. Our lease is for one year and started on June 1st and our landlord is being really nice and is letting us just find someone to take over our lease.
