Our beautiful, spacious, updated 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom suite is available for rent in December (1st preferred, but flexible up to the 15th).
Minimum stay of six months, preference to applicants who are able to sign for 1 year.

This private suite with private entrance includes:
- two spacious bedrooms, one with attached 1/2 bath (powder room)
- full, clean bathroom with shower/tub
- kitchen with recently updated appliances
- living/dining area
- on-site laundry for additional fee (shared with upstairs unit)
- 1 off-street parking space available for additional fee
- hot water
- garden level unit, not a basement
- use of shared garden area

Applicants:
- please be quiet after 10pm (this includes laundry)
- please be mindful in keeping unit and shared spaces clean to avoid smell or flies: trash, front stoop, etc.
- no subletting or Airbnb
- no smoking or non-prescribed drugs of any kind
- no storing personal items in garden area/back yard
- no cannabis growing or selling
- must be kind and considerate of upstairs neighbours
- multiple references a MUST
- final applicant subject to credit check and/or proof of employment
- everyone in unit must be on lease
- maximum 3 adults

1 cat is subject to approval and additional deposit only for exceptional applicants; we must meet the pet before approving. No dogs. Extra un-approved pets or residents will result in immediate termination of lease.
