A lovely, quiet one bedroom available on December 1st. Rent includes heat, hot water and storage. This suite has a great balcony and it is bright. It is a nice quiet wood building. Parking is available for an extra monthly cost but there are many street parking. No pets, no smoking building. The suite is not furnished. No BBQ is allowed on the balcony.
