If you have a house in Vancouver (only in Vancouver) that is currently not in a great state (or is and you're willing to do long term rental for discounted rate). I'm willing to do the work myself for a discounted monthly rate. I'm hoping for long term rental but for the right house, I may be willing to do a one or two year term as well. I have done this with the house I currently live in but the owner has decided to sell the house and I don't want to choose the next house in a hurry.
