The only negative thing I can say is that it's on a busy street and the building doesn't have laundry and
free street parking is hard to find.

Excellent transit to UBC ( Express bus stop to UBC 1 minute walk away ) the 4 , 7 and 44 and 84 express buses stop 1-2 mins away. so you can GET TO UBC in about 15 mins and DOWTOWN in 10 mins.

5 blocks to Kits beach. Really everything you need is a few blocks away or less.
