- Enjoy having your own outdoor space.
- Like being able to walk everywhere (95 walkability score) + be close to transit and parks without the noise and crowds. Safe neighbourhood. Close to parks, skytrain, bus routes, great restaurants, shops.
- Like community feeling. The neighbourhood definitely has it and it’s a friendly house.

You are a good match because you...
