short term house sitting. 2-4 months time.

self contained furnished one bdrm located in quiet mt pleasant area between main street and cambie above broadway. close to all amenities such as shopping, coffee shops parks and 2 min walking distance from the skytrain. .

this is a one bdrm, with great views in a heritage home the area has lots of trees. street parking is available. internet is included, but there is no cable, no washer dryer( laundry mat up the street).

looking for someone quite. this isnt a party place. i have neighbors i like.

please be working and have references. students welcome. references will be checked. no smokers, cats ok , no dogs.
