Perfect location in Kits, located at 5th and Balsam. Pull out couch converts to a double bed for having guests over. Comes with 1 outside parking spot and a decent size walk in closet for a little storage/luggage. Coin operated washer/dryer and locked bike room on same floor. No pets, parties as per building rules. Suited for only 1 or 2 people. Preference give to those who appreciate taking care of plants.

The apartment will be available Nov 1st - April 30th. Everything included for $2750 a month. Half a month's rent will be required for damage deposit. The agreement is for the entire term, please no requests for less or longer stays, thank you.
